Orange : Rich Source of Nutrients

An orange is one of the most common citrus fruits liked by one and all. Oranges are high in Vitamin C, which helps to maintain the body's defense. Oranges are best eaten peeled and raw. This is more beneficial than drinking orange juice. It is important also to eat the skin around the segments.

The orange is full of protective food ingredients like vitamins A, B, C and calcium. It also contains sodium, potassium, magnesium, copper, sulphur and chlorine. Its vitamin C content helps the body tissues to use the calcium contained in the food.
